Terms of service

By placing an order with Lebo Mzobe, clients agree to the following terms:

Design Process: All designs are custom and include consultation, sketching, sourcing, and fittings.

Deposits: A 50%deposit confirms your booking and secures your production slot. The remaining 50%must be paid before collection or delivery.

Alterations: Adjustments outside the initial measurements or beyond agreed timelines will attract additional charges.

Timelines: Production timelines vary based on the complexity of the design. Clients are expected to provide accurate measurements and attend scheduled fittings .

Communication: All official communication and payment confirmations must be sent to email provided 
Failure to comply with these terms may result in delays or forfeiture of your booking
