Because of the personalized nature of our work

All payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once a deposit has been made and production has begun, no refunds or order cancellations will be accepted.
Clients are encouraged to review all design details, measurements , and fabric choices before production begins.

This policy ensures fairness, quality assurance, and respect for the time and craftsmanship invested in every creation.

Return Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our garments, Lebo Mzobe does not accept returns or exchanges.

Every gown is created to the client’s exact specifications, and our team conducts a thorough quality check before release.

However:
If an error is found on our part (verified internally), we will review and resolve it with integrity and fairness.
Clients are encouraged to inspect and fit their garment during collection to ensure satisfaction before leaving the premises.
Once collected or delivered, the sale is considered final.
